Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• United Kingdom: Standard delivery (3–5 business days). Express options available at checkout.
• International: Delivery times vary by country. Customs delays may occur.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

SHEGRIN is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

It is the customers full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, custom charges, and handling fees. This includes should you refuse to accept a parcel due to import or taxes.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Please note, some countries may only have Express Shipping option. This is due to the countries shipping regulations.

EU & ROW companies will need to provide their tax or EORI number where possible.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@shegrin.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
